THIS DEAL IS DEAD AS OF 12/27. SAMSUNG WEBSITE SHOWS "Your preferred phone is currently unavailable, but here is a comparable phone you are sure to enjoy."
Groupon coupon code doesn't stack with other Samsung coupon code, so please don't buy the Groupon code.
If you bought Groupon, somebody doing the S20+ deal may need it.

By the way, check carrier trade in values for all variants of the A71 to see just how much market prices have cratered. The Sprint version of this phone trades in at $75! Oh and the A72 is out in a month or two, values about to go to zero
You are so "special"...It's on "HONOR" to read your ideas and your knowledge!

So Sprint customers went from only 3 LTE bands to only 2 LTE bands. Bear in mind, T-Mobile already had SIX lte bands. So do you want to talk about who is leaching?
Secondly, Sprint customers ONLY roam on T-Mobile towers in the ABSENCE of a Sprint tower. If any Sprint tower exists, it uses the Sprint tower. In other words, if a Sprint phone sees a Sprint tower with a weak signal (one bar) and a T-mobile tower with strong signal (five bars), it connects to the weak Sprint tower. It does NOT connect to the STRONGEST tower.
Since Sprint towers overlap T-Mobile towers in most cities, roaming on T-Mobile towers usually does NOT happen. Also, your T-Mobile devices usually don't even have the ability to use Sprint exclusive bands 25 and 26, you'd have a hard time roaming on Sprint with your device in one of the few hundred square miles in the whole United States where Sprint exists and T-Mobile doesn't exist.
Someone on YouTube did a video subtracting overlapping T-Mobile areas from Sprint areas, and there were just tiny slivers and specks on the map where Sprint exists and T-Mobile doesn't.

Sorry for a potentially dumb question, but since the T-Mobile model is OOS, will the Unlocked version work as a replacement for my current T-Mo phone if I just insert my current SIM card?
Sprint had 5G (using three bands: LTE band 25, LTE band 26, and LTE/5G band 41).
T-Mobile had no 5G (just six LTE bands: 2, 4, 5, 12, 66, and 71).
T-Mobile commandeered Sprint's band 41 and turned it into T-Mobile 5G. This caused every Sprint customer with a Sprint 5G phone to lose 5G. They have to buy a T-Mobile 5G phone to use the towers that they used to have. This also destroyed 1/3rd of the bands Sprint users had, leaving them with only TWO bands (25 and 26) while T-Mobile now has SEVEN bands, thanks to their leaching powers.
So, you're sorry.

on a side note. if I remember correctly, wasnt there a thing called the lucky patcher, back in the day, that would reset the flash count to 0 again ? again, this is old old back in the day
and thanks for your posts on the T mobile hot spot unlock thread BTW
Android 10 was released in September 3, 2019.
That equals to 13 months later. Right?
Android 11 was released in September 8, 2020.
I can definitely see it being released every 13 months now especially during the pandemic. Employees are working less so it can definitely be later than usual. People confuse 3 years with 3 system updates when google never mentions any guarantee system updates. Google can't promise a customer 3 system updates because they can't predict the future and they don't know when they will come out with the next system update especially during the pandemic. If they run late or do it 13 months later the next couple years just like they did with Android 9 to 10, it will throw off the "supposed 3rd system update". There is a reason why Google never ever guarantee "3 system updates". You see 3 years though. Don't assume or expect to see system updates to happen on the clock every year at the same time.
Look at general availability.... Nobody looks at when developers were working on system. That doesn't matter.

The dates are irrelevant & you are using it to move the goal post.
Google has promised - and delivered - 3 OS updates in all its history.
Now it's in writing.
Those are facts not conjecture.
My brother gave his daughter a new iPhone, and her iPhone 8 Plus had a cracked glass, and he just gave it to me. So that knocked it down to $144, and the $100 off code knocked it down to $44.
This phone is for my father, and it really is ridiculously big, but maybe I will set it to have really large icons and fonts for him to read more easily.

I returned my Pixel 4a 5G (Google fi) and using this Samsung as my daily driver. I upgraded from my Pixel 3a which I enjoyed. The Pixel and Samsung were my top 2 choices for my upgrade. The Samsung has some advantages over the Pixel 4a 5G and the Pixel 4a 5G has its advantages over the Samsung. The main advantages for the Samsung are the large screen at 6.7" over the 6.2" screen, better battery life with faster charger and microSD support. The Samsung was cheaper for me too. The Pixel 4a 5G advantages are speakers, user interface and camera. The user interface is still good on the Samsung and greatly improved over the past years but I do give the edge to the Pixel. The Samsung has a real nice camera too but I do think Pixel makes the best cameras over Apple and Samsung. I could happily use either the Pixel 4a 5G or the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G.... For me, it was Samsung (screen size matters) especially when I got the Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite tablet and Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus. This Samsung phone isn't perfect but I am very happy with it and the very low price I paid.
