G = Graphics
E = Low Energy or Energy Efficient - 35W normal draw
This processor is a beast on benchmark.
Those thinking like me, "can i add an external GPU down the road?" Nope. This chassis does not have Thunderbolt. Although Lenovo support is funny. Someone asked that same question on their website and they just said "read the specs" -- super help!
Jeff
For gaming PC, you need a PC with dedicated graphics card. This is good for casual gaming or old titles. The Integrated Graphics on this is more or less equivalent to a Nvidia MX250 Graphics card.
Rarely anything this size is a good gaming pc

Anyone have luck getting their customized machines? Mines's been waiting for 2 weeks now with 0 movement.
Ordered mines 1/15. Shipped 1/25, received 1/27. Mines had originally said it would ship mid Feb, so it came early. Ordered the Ryzen 7 4750GE, base 4gb RAM+500 GB drive (upgraded to 64 GB 3200mhz+1tb SSD later with no issues).
Strange, we ordered the 24th (same configuration listed) and it arrived yesterday.
I customized my specs with 4750, 128GB and 4Gb of RAM. I think that's why it takes longer to put together than the pre-built, but not sure if it even take thats long tho.
Just for anyone who recently ordered:
Ordered 2/4/2021, nothing yet as of 2/8/2021
Edit: Contacted support and they claimed "The order has been stuck, I will forward this to my manager so he can release the order. You will receive an update in 24-48 hours."

From experience, they always say that. Don't expect anything to happen. Lenovo agents are clueless, incompetent and poorly trained.
I ordered early Jan 29 (from CA), claimed to ship on Jan 30 (shockingly fast), but actually shipped on Feb 1 from Whitsett, North Carolina, no customization.
NE1 also purchased the vesa mount 2? Seems pretty handy to mount it at the back of monitor (or I see with some extra, onto monitor stand post). it was $8 6 months ago in many places, now doubled in price

The standard Vesa 2 is good if you're using a standard monitor stand, but I think you need the Sandwich kit[lenovo.com] to mount between the monitor and VESA mount (if you're using an aftermarket arm, or stand that covers/attaches via the VESA mounts.)
Keep in mind, these are marked down because the replacement CPU comes out in April. Sadly no Navi graphics (have to wait until 2022).
I don't think the 20% improvement is going to make up for the premium you'll have to pay so these are great bargains. If you don't run a lot of programs at once, I would go with the 4650. You're going to get better all around boost.
Are you saying the R7 isn't worth the premium? Better to wait for next gen?
Want to buy but am concerned that the only available audio output jack is the headphone jack on the front of the unit.
Maybe not an ideal solution, but you could purchase a cheap USB DAC and plug in to one of the rear USBs.
Many monitors also can pull audio from the HDMI/USB-C/DP connection, so you could connect to the audio out of your monitor if it has that functionality.
Obviously, BT is another option if it fits your use case.

The product you are looking for is no longer available, here is a suggested alternative.
The same deal is available on ebay [ebay.com], Lenovo is the seller.
