Can you combine both the BOGO and the $800 trade in deals if you buy 2 phones and add a new line?

I just Traded-in my S9 for $80, and no where in the DocuSign says anything about the Monthly Credit for the remaining $720.

Is this normal? how can I confirm I will be getting the promo?

I went for it, taking screen shots from the chat with TForce. They confirmed the promo for my S9 trade in of $800.00

Chat with them before I proceeded. He confirmed my account and S9 is eligible for the $800 trade in.

Is this a good enough deal to just purchase a brand new pixel 4a for $350 then trade that in? I know i can get used s9 cheaper than that on craiglist, but worry about it getting rejected by tmobile for minor things such as small cracks etc

comparing the specs, S21 is not better than counterparts of S20. Screen is 1080 x 2400 compared to 1440 x 3200 of S20, 8G ram vs 12G of S20(S20 did have 8G version as well). just FYI
You've missed a huge point in your comparison, the S20 sold for $999, at release, the S21 is only $799. Samsung wanted give a similar phone for less $$$. The specs are nearly identical except for the drop in RAM and no microSD. However S21 has the new processor SD888 and 5G.
The S20 had 2 screen resolutions to choose from, the QHD you mentioned but that ran at 60hz, you'd have to drop down to FHD+ for 120hz. Most prefer the lower resolution with higher frame rate for a smoother/faster experience. The S21 just has 1 choice for screen resolution, the FHD+ @ 120hz, the preferred resolution that the S20 had, so in reality its not a downgrade, they're eliminating the less popular choice, they have cut corners somehow to save $200, right?
Someone previously mentioned the backside is plastic, they're half correct. Its actually "glasstic" half glass and half plastic, its actually a stronger more durable material that isn't as slippery, offering better grip. It's new, first device they've used it on, guess you can say its innovative.
If you do have an S20 though, its probably better to not upgrade to the S21, this isn't anything new though, succeeding models never offered huge improvements over their previous ones. Upgrading to the S21 Ultra is much more of an upgrade worth your while.

If you have trade in device you can get $800 discount from Samsung directly for s21 ultra pre order you pick a carrier phone like t-mobile.
the unlocked version will still get $700 discount.

I also have an S20FE from the recent T-Mobile EIP deal, which comes with 24 months of bill credits.

Can someone confirm that I can pay off the remaining balance, continue to receive the remaining bill credits until all 24 months are completed, trade-in the S20FE for the S21 using a different line, and receive 24 months of bill credits for the S21?

Thank you,
Tofu Vic
My understanding is that when you pay off the phone, the credits attach to the line because the phone is payed off and you can get a new credit promo on a new phone with monthly payments.

I just have to clear your first payment plan before you can get the second phone on a payment plan on that line.

this is my understanding from previous promos. one line cannot have more than one "phone" promo. say your s20fe is receiving the monthly credits on line 1, you can pay off the EIP for that phone and you'll still get the monthly credits. you can trade in your s20fe to get the s21, but have to use line 2 in order to get the monthly credits.
here is a link that should explain how it works for t-mobile.

Would totally do this but my Note 9 has the green tint issue and trade in will most likely get rejected.
