Process To redeem this offer:

S21 vs S20:
* Glass to plastic.
* No more SD card support.
* No more headphone jack (S20 didn't have this feature either)
* No more MST support for Samsung Pay... literally the only feature that set it apart from Google Pay and Apple Pay is gone.
* Box doesn't include headphones anymore.
* Box doesn't include charger anymore (but a USB-C cable is included).
* Display downgraded from 1440p to 1080p.

If you doubt the total amount of credits you may be getting, simply ask Tmobile. I ordered with S9 trade-in, page showed me $80 of credit. I verified with Tmobile through the app. No need to ask 100 times in this thread. See image.

For people who don't know how to claim that up to $200 credit through the Shop Samsung App: Tap the three-bar icon at the left top and choose "in-box". You will see inside it has a link like "see if I am qualified". Click that and enter your IMEI. If you are qualified you can follow the steps to fill out your information and upload the receipt

I would not promote a deal that I did not think was slick myself. I bought 4 Galaxy Watch3 which came to 23$ each after trade in and 100$ accessory credit. My trade-in cost me 70$ on ebay + tax. So $23 + 70$ = 93$ for Watch3 excluding taxes.

PART 1.The official trade-in value you see during the process is less than the $800 offer, because that's the trade-in value that Assurant (the phone goes to them not directly to T-Mobile,) pays for said phone. The Trade-In "agreement" is for the Assurant value amount.
PART 2. Once Assurant has received, assessed and accepted the trade-in, T-Mobile adds the difference in the form of bill credits to total the amount of the Promo.
So it shows Trade-In value $80, yes, that's what Assurant will be paying for the phone. T-Mobile will add $720 to that and spread it all out in credits for a 24 months term. A couple of days after submitting the trade-in, your account should show the promo in the EIP section. The promo name will be shown there and "Pending Trade-In".

Does anyone know if Costco will have a similar trade in tmobile deal?

* Most people don't use 2k screens anyway. Note 20 ultra uses 1080p with 120hz, and even if you use 2k 95% of people can't tell the difference.

These phones should support super fast charges, which cables and adapters you have lying around most likely do not do. The charger and adapter should be around 30 bucks.
Without too much detail, last time they excluded headphones that were meant to be included, people got an average of 70 credit.
50 bucks for 128 gb just doesn't look good. Now you either pay it, or stay with lower storage. 20 bucks for 128gb sd is normal enough, but not an option here.
Plus not on the quoted list, you get less ram, from 12gb on the s20 to 8gb here. Not much of a problem unless you like having multiple apps open without them resetting on you. Plus system apps already take up 1/3 of the ram, so you have less available.
