Can you guys recommend a better alternative? Considering the new Samsung Bud Pro's for around $130ish wanted to know what was comparable in the Sub $150 price range.
Just off the top of my head, the M- Pow 30 and 30 plus are both identical form factor to the original Galaxy Buds, but can be had for $28 and $35 on Amazon, have better battery life, IPX8 water proof ratings, and many like their volume and sound signature more.
Yes. I got the skullcandy too. The Samsung is better and more comfortable. The overall built quality is better too. My skullcandy is having some random pairing issues too with my pixel. Now I do have an anker that I got for 30 bucks and that is better than both ...
which ankers do you have? I have the $30 anker soundcore liberty and i don't think it is better than the samsung buds
Don't expect to use these for phone calls. The other person will have trouble hearing you.
As for music, these are very lackluster. I have a pair I got for free and have not used them for months.
On the pro side, if you have a Samsung phone they integrate well if you don't accidentally bump the touch controller on them. The case can be wirelessly charged, including from the back side of some Samsung phones.
Not worth it just pay $90 and get a Buds plus ( been at the $90 range) for a few time.
My original Bud got it with Galaxy S it is not good fit tend to drop out, left ear start to has low sound then die up after 1 year and then the charge case can't be close for some reason, need to wrap a rubber band around it so it will charge.
Buds+ is much better so far got it 6 months ago for around $90 @ Verizon store

Thank you I will check them out. We have several pairs of M-Pow branded headphones around the house. I use a pair of M-pow Flame S while working out. Looking for something to replace them that stays in the ear and provides better overall sound and phone mic.

Buds Plus are a big upgrade over these buds and they are usually on sale around $100 and can't be beat for their price

I got the refurbished Sony noise cancelling ones for $93. WF-1000XM3. Retail at release was like $250 or 300. Added Comply tips and I've been very happy with them.
My wife didn't like these 1st gen Samsung buds. Not loud enough and not a healthy amount of bass.

I own Liberty Air 2, the tr21 Aukey, and these.
The Galaxy buds people can hear everything. Even when I cannot hear the TV they can. Water running. Anything.
I have a Galaxy phone and they pair easily. using one bud is easy too.
Fit is snug. I exercise in them. Cycle. Jump rope.
I would buy these but I don't need two pairs. SD

Well you use them as ear plugs replacement? Probably don't want to do that
