typically when you try to use coupons on special buys like this, it will only apply the coupon if the deal is removed. so they would charge full for the battery and then give you your coupon, making it counterproductive.
that's in store though. the online coupons stack for me usually but this one is only a deal with the battery return
Most rate these as higher quality than DeWalt
If you can get a better deal on DeWalt and that serves your purpose...Just make sure you're comparing apples to apples. Some of these tool lines have entry level, bargain quality tools to meet certain price points. I try not to buy any more tool than I need to do the job.
