For my work, it all depends on size and resolution. I have 2 of these, which is amazing as I'm able to basically fit 8 1080 sized windows with no scaling. It usually comes out cheaper and better than an ultra wide that I've ever seen.

How could anyone but you answer this? It depends what you normally do on the computer and your preference for aspect ratios, doesn’t it?

And what can you fit on your desk? My desk at work I have a 36" ultrawide, and its too big in some ways, not enough in others. Great for watching a video or playing a game, but I often find switching between programs more than my home setup with two 28" screens.

If you want two this pairs well with the amex $100 off 500 deal which is YMMV for select card holders in their offers section.

Picked up 2 Dell 32" S3221QS 4k curved monitors which are on sale for $329, applied 10% newsletter discount, subtotal = $593.98, applied amex $100 discount and instantly got my notification email stating the discount was recognized. $593.98 - $100 = 493.98 / 2 = 246.99 + tax which beats the best price ($265.50) posted for these monitors. Also got $11.xx back in rak cashback so it was about $240 per monitor. I'm happy I was able to use the Amex discount productively for something I planned on buying anyway.
I really wish this had at least a 100Hz or 75Hz refresh rate, would purchase. Good deal regardless. TU
This monitor is 4K UHD (3820x2160) at 60Hz while the S3220DGF is a gaming monitor that is QHD (2560x1440) at 165 Hz. Apples and oranges.

Anyone try a normal 32" and a curved 32"? I've heard people talk about seeing distortion in the corners on non-curved monitors and I'm curious if the curvature actually helps or not.

Sign up here and you should get it in your email https://www.dell.com/preferences/signup/

Took about an hour for mine.

Also, the $100 cashback for $500 shows up at least for my AMEX Platinum

Does this have VESA mount holes? Can't tell (one reviewer says yes, but it doesn't look like it does to me).

YES to VESA.

Click "See All Tech Specs".

Under "Mechanical," you see the following:
*Display Position Adjustments: Height, tilt
*Tilt Angle: -5/+21
*Height Adjustment: 2.8 in
*VESA Mounting Interface: VESA
