Of course this flex may not perform the same built quality as they used to be, neither HP, Dell, Asus, MSI, etc. If you want quality, you need to pay the price. For $600, I don't think you will find well built quality at this spec on any brand.
Also Flex 5 only support one drive, 1x M.2 2280 SSD or 1x M.2 2242 SSD
• M.2 2280 SSD up to 1TB
• M.2 2242 SSD up to 512GB

If you want something up-gradable, IdeaPad is not for you.
Pay a bit extra for Lenovo LEGION 5 15.6" Gaming Laptop - Ryzen 5 4600H - GeForce GTX 1650 - 120Hz 1080p at $679.99 which you can upgrade memory and harddrive. May be wait for it to go onsale(?)

11ac, 2x2 + BT5.0
But in the Costco product page, it only has BT4.2.
Someone would question if the rest of the spec in lenovo.com page is accurate or not.
If the rest of the spec is accurate, the memory cannot be upgrade but the hard drive, it can support M.2 2280 SSD up to 1TB.
As for no optical, I'm surprised they even bother to spell that out and it suggests that this is a pretty old clearance model. A laptop w/o optical these days is a bit like a new car w/o a cassette player. Can't remember the last time I used a data CD or DVD on a computer.
Btw if you have a Chase Freedom card then try to use that to buy this, as you get 5% off any Costco (or other warehouse) purchases made with it through the end of the month. Try to do it a few days before though as sometimes purchases made in the last few days of a months aren't posted until the following month.
That's $30 saved before tax, or nearly $33 here in NY after you add sales tax. So effective price would be around $619 and change.
