Bluetooth pairing is much more of a pain the ass than it needs to be. Also the other person who said to change AC adapters may be right.

are you plugging in the usb stick to the console or the puck?
puck. It was there before. The entire settings area looks different and the coinopx area says something about a $1 an hour?

Just want to chime in that mine arrived yesterday. Unpacked it today and everything seems to be working great. Hardwired to networking for firmware update and have controllers connected via bluetooth. CoinopsX runs fine and all buttons and sticks are working as intended. Just wanted some positive reviews since it seems some people are having bad luck with their hardware!

I got it up and running. Upgraded the Firmware. I got CoinOpsX 4.5 to work (had to reboot once to get CoinOpsX to load). (I registered with AtGames so I could use CoinOpsX).

The problem I'm having is I am experiencing lag with the bluetooth controller responsiveness.

Anyone else having lag issues?

yeah, that blows...

Obviously with an OOS blowout there isn't much Walmart can do, but still sucks, and ATGames doesn't really wanna deal with it...

To better days, and sorry you got half-assed over by them on this one...

Goto diagnostics and do the trackball one, you will be able to calibrate it there and determine if it is working correctly. I tested everything on mine, all came out as working.
That worked! Hw test found no fault, but just doing the test calibrated it. Thanks for the suggestion!

Might be your monitor? I'm using the stock config + haven't updated or installed anything yet but I haven't noticed significant input lag. Using WiFi with the puck also.

Are you using a TV/Monitor that corrects for noise or post-processes motion or anything like that? Turn it off, or set your monitor/TV to "Game" mode.

Lucky me. Didn't receive my order yesterday nor today. Called Walmart Customer Service. Seems that somewhere between Walmart's warehouse and FedEx my order was "lost". Since the item is no longer in stock, I was given an apology and a refund.

I always unplug the Puck when using in USB mode with my Windows PC laptop. I haven't been able to use it for any modern PC games on steam yet. I'm guessing the only chance to get it working is with a 3rd party JoystickKey mapper, but unsure really, maybe something like one of these. I may test this in the coming days unless someone else can try.

I tried Pinball Arcade on Steam but couldn't get Legends Arcade side pinball buttons, nor any keys working.
Works very good in emulators: visual pinmame, future pinball, and mame. But takes a while to configure buttons for many games.
I can't wait to get my usb flash drive and get CoinopsX Arcade installed. Then I'll have another better option besides hooking up my laptop to the TV playing these games.
I set it up with joy2key last night and its been awesome. Played Binding of Isaac with 2 sticks, dead cells using all 8 face buttons, and pinball using the buttons on the side. I too had to unplug the puck to get it to work correctly. Its awesome playing PC games with the stick if they make sense to use.

I bet they were lying to you, but maybe not on purpose. What seems to have happened is they oversold their inventory, and tried to ship from your nearest location. So even though I bought early on, I got farked, because they tried to ship me one from a warehouse that didn't have any.
