Also, pressing "Y" (P1 at least... maybe P2? Didn't test that...) adds a game (while in the scrolling/list/menu view) to your "Favorites".
Pressing "B" removes a game from "Favorites".
Any other neat features?
If you view the USB drive on your computer, the folder /cox/playlists looks like all you might have to do is add the correct name to a text file and it would create another "game type"...?
Still might look into a bench to properly play or display the system. Well worth the $99.
Edit: I guess this is the "home page" for the Reddit user group?

Can anyone explain to me why they used THAT usb a male port on the CONSOLE?
You just never really see usb a male to use a male like that you know? (and has obviously caused confusion given the ~158 posts with people plugging in their usb sticks to it....
>FWIW, I did a factory reset, paired everything on the stock firmware, *then* flashed the new firmware. Then everything paired okay.
From memory on some of this:
Factory Reset:

Pair the devices on stock firmware:
* With control panel hooked up to the puck with the USB cable
* Go to Settings
* Go to the thing that looks like Pairing (I forget what it's called)
* Press and hold the pairing button on the puck
* I think it walks you through the pairing; you may need to do a short press on the puck pairing button to change to P1, P2, etc. I forget
(If that doesn't work, post here and I or someone can help you out)
* Once pairing is complete, go to "Health Check" (or whatever it's called) and test P1, P2 and trackball
* If everything is working, proceed to the next step
Upgrade Firmware
In Settings, go to the thing that looks like a firmware upgrade. Sorry, but I forget what it's called.
Do the upgrade.
Once it is done, rebooted, etc. REMOVE the USB cable that was connecting the control panel and the puck
Go back and re-pair all controls again
Once re-paired, re-test to make sure P1, P2 and trackball are all working via Bluetooth
I hope t
Don't plug USB drive in until the end:

The 72" tall racks come with eight 36" tall poles. To make a normal rack you just double them up and add shelves. For the arcade, I put two 72" poles in the back and two 36" poles in the front. I added 3 shelves with the upper most one at the very top of the front 36" poles. Next I took one of the shelves, turned it side ways and fastened it to the front of the top shelf with 6 velcro wire straps. This creates a hinge that allows the screen to lean back and lets you set it at any angle. I picked up a TV wall mount kit with a plate and used that to secure the TV to the angled shelf. Plate in the back, angled shelf in the middle, TV in the front. Screw the plate into the TV and it'll hang on the wire shelf bars that go across. I picked up a metal wire basket from Target that I zip tied behind the TV to brace the angled shelf. For the top shelf where my marquee is, I had a 36" shelf that was only 12" deep from another shelf that I just attached to the back 72" poles. That was secure enough to hang over the TV and allow my MK marquee light to sit at the end.
For the joysticks, the 36"w, 14"d, 36"h shelf works great for the MK sticks since they are 36" wide together. The Legends Gamer Pro is only 27.5" at the base, so you'd have to find 2 things that are 4.25" wide to wedge in there to keep it from moving. I opted to pick up the stand that Buy Stuff Store is selling. It's made for the Pro so there is no guess work or finding something that fits.
I've attached the side view pic of the rack to help show some of the things I explained above. If you had any questions on something, let me know.

My computer recognized this as a USB controller as soon as I hit the power button. Works fantastic in MAME (you'll have to hit TAB and map the controls to the game). Trackball is a little tight, but played very well on Golden Tee. The only mod I've made is to change the right joystick to a 4-way only, while keeping the left as an 8-way. I purchased a SANWA square restrictor plate, which was rotated from square to diamond. Made a huge difference playing the sped-up version of Ms. Pacman.
Next I fired up some Visual Pinball and played with the side buttons. That worked great as well. I only had to re-map the left flipper button.
All-in-all, this was (is?) a fantastic deal. Congrats to everyone using the puck and fooling around with Sauce, but I didn't care about that. Was simply looking for a well-made setup for MAME and Visual Pinball.
