What are everyone using the spinner for? What game is actually work it?
I have the full arcade version of this and it has the spinners. I used them a couple times for Pong and Breakout but I don't see why so many people desperately want them. I guess I don't play the truly old school games that use them.

Vids below show all the spinner games in the arcade. (not really desperate to get a spinner, but would make a worthy project)

For a more retro feel, I installed bat tops and 4lb tension springs in the joysticks. Unfortunately, after ordering, found conflicting info on reddit saying the stock springs are either 2 or 4 lbs. Did the swap and don't really feel a difference, so might put in 6lb

Yup, using a powered Rosewill hub I got FAR back in '16, but I have to power off the hub when not in use because it seems to heat up my Sandisk ssd stick quite a bit even when idle.

Thanks for the info, was thinking of doing the same thing. I'm used to the Happ batsticks for fighting games and thinking of picking this up:

If you're trying to recreate the classic 80's 90's US arcade feel, you might want to look into the Industrias Lorenzo EuroJoystick [focusattack.com] They made the joysticks for Happ back then.

I ordered it early Saturday morning and it's shipped for delivery later this week! Can't wait to get this and play some arcade games. Was even lucky to find a couple Arcade1up Pac-Man stools for $25 at my local Walmart that I can use along with it.

Really tempting to get the pedestal that some members here recommended from Canada..... are there any other alternative options people recommend?

Didn't know about IL Eurosticks - I'm hankering for that early 90's SF2/SF2 CE arcady feel, thanks!

Be forewarned, they aren't straight swap in replacements for our current sanwa clones. You might have to cut a bigger hole to use them

Added more games to my setup all loaded into a 480GB SSD (aprox 300GB at the moment) from Daphne, NES, SNES to Vectrex and many in between.

Tron was my favorite game but you cannot play it without the spinner and the tron stick used for games like GORF, Zaxxon and various flight fighter games.
