Have these. Sound quality is decent, but not great, on par with other sub $100 wireless headphones. Build quality is good, they feel sturdy and solid. ANC is a hit or miss, they can block some of the noise at some frequencies, but not everything. Battery lasts very long and they have quick charge which is useful too. Overall, I think they are a good buy for $64.

Stock sound with no EQ is wonky with way too much bass/mid-bass.
With drastic EQ'ing they sound pretty good for the price.
EQ settings are set in the app and saved into the headphones.

Decent sound, but Anker will be having a newer model come out (with a lot more features) within this next week so you could probably hold off and get a better deal in 3-6 mos time.

My guess is it will premiere around the US$150 mark for the new headphones. But that's just going off of their marketing with comparison to ~$300 headphones.

I purchased the pink one for my wife back in Feb 2021. I paid $64 before tax. Headphones are very light. Great buy compared to Sony or Beats.

Rumor is that it will retail at $129. Considering that LDAC and better mic quality are the two confirmed upgrades, this is still a good deal, if you are looking for a good headphone now. I would recommend looking for EQs in youtube. I did not like the default EQ as it was bass heavy. I tried the EQ from oluv (oluv's gadgets in youtube) and like it the best so far.

Bestbuy has the identical Soundcore Life Tune XR today at $70 [bestbuy.com].**

These are the same as the Q30 but branded for BestBuy. So, $5 more but you can pick them up today and return locally if you do not like them.

**Why a different model number? If the model was the same they would be asked to match price. Of course, you could still ask.

Good info. There are some minor aesthetic differences between the Q30/Life Tune/Life Tune XR's, but the sound is the same.

According to Anker support, the Life Tune XR's are the exact same hardware as the Q30 and Life Tunes. I'm guessing that the "XR" version is a Best Buy exclusive.

The main differences seem to be aesthetic:

Q30's have a gold logo

Life Tune's have a silver logo + "Soundcore" below it

Life Tune XR's have a silver logo (no text)
