You should be able to get a 5 2600 for 192.50 on Amazon now. Or even get a similar Intel here on SD for similar price if ur not stuck on AMD. I would shop for a 580x used somewhere online... That's my best bet.
But Cyberbunk? I didn't think it was anything that great. I've been waiting to find a decently priced 5700xt but they're all overpriced right now.
Also I'd agree about Cyberpunk. It was... Fine. I just mentioned it as a sign - when a couple different AAA games start to have some framerate issues, I take it as time to start preparing for the upgrade.
i agree that one should not scrimp on the psu especially when building their own, but with pre-builts, we're at the mercy of the company building it and one would hope that HP knows what they're doing when putting together a pc. otherwise they risk facing many unhappy customers and backlash.
