I've had mine running on medium coldness setting for a few weeks now and it has been running at -1 to -2 F.

Frost free freezer will not keep meat nearly as long . The constant thaw and refreeze cycle will cause freezer burn in half the time. BUT.....YOU will have to manually defrost once or twice a year.
If you paid with a credit card, do a chargeback with the card company. You're their customer, so they'll more likely side with you

I paid with Paypal with my balance which is why I filed a claim with them.
Obviously seems like there are some issues with shipping so YMMV but we've been happy so far, other than the costco bills that it takes to fill it.

I had an impossible return experience with Walmart that lasted months with no refund. So much of my life wasted on calls with them.
I will avoid all items that could need a return with Walmart from now on. Just not worth it.
