It keeps resetting all the time, or just turning off. I just realized that it hasn't been saving any photos I've been taking for the last few weeks. It just crashes when I try to open those photos and they are 0 kb. I also can't attach any photos to any texts. I discovered that last week.
I'm having the same problem with voicemail messages, where I can't listen to them.
This phone is driving me crazy. I'm hoping that resetting it will help. If not, I'm not sure what I'm going to do.
The seller keeps repeating to me to use a particular app to contact support, but that app is not on the phone. As an alternative, the seller keeps telling me to go to a website or phone number that is on "page 90" of the manual. It did not come with a manual, so both of these instructions seem annoying and pointless. I looked up the manual online and found the page he was referring to and went to the website, but it does not help and has no way to take advantage of the warranty. I used the phone number and after asking for my IMEI number, the system just hung up on me.
I got busy with other stuff, but I came back to address the problem yesterday and I gave that number another try and someone answered this time. They said they were just for tech support, not for getting a refund. I said I don't need tech support. I need a refund (because I've been so traumatized by this phone, I already just bought a new phone, though I haven't taken it out of the package), so I didn't take advantage of that. After contacting the seller again, I realize that I need to go through the process with the tech support to try to fix my phone before they will offer a refund, so I'm going to do that when I get some time.
