Just FYI, I bought this for a Mac with the M1 chip and none of the Logitech software is compatible with that hardware so you will be limited to using it with the FaceTime app and of course it works with the video conferencing apps as well. Not a problem for me personally but it's a common issue.
I didn't realize0 review third party sellers[newegg.com], posted by a 12 month old account with only one other post, could make front page now. There's not even an SD cashback offer to clarify sponsorship.
Don't forget the 15% restocking fee on returns. It's probably not a knockoff right?

I am a little curious, has Newegg gone downhill or have they always been bad? I haven't bought from them in probably 5 years (however long it has been since I built my last computer). At the time it worked out and I didn't have any issues. Was fast shipping and decent customer service.
Slower ship times and a return policy that is anything but hassle-free.

I vouch to the terrible return process at Newegg.
They will receive their defective a$$ products back, send you an email saying they've processed the refund and then they will not send you any money back. If you forget about it... Your loss!
It took me almost two months to get my money back for a damned defective MSI 200Hz ultrawide monitor I purchased from these fockers. First one had dead pixels. Second one half of the screen was red compared to the left side of the screen. Just bull$hit crummy MFs.
Exact same thing happened when I bought and returned a couple of defective / unstable 16GB DDR4-3200 C14. Returned it and received the email saying a refund should be in my account within a few days.
Almost a month passed and no refund on my credit card.
Both times I had to activate my credit card purchase protection and call Newegg several times until they'd give me my money back.
The last straw was Newegg's Shuffle. Bunch of overpriced $hit with a lot of overpriced explosive PSUs junk and motherboards no one wants. All at exorbitant prices. F them.
Who gets selected, and how, only God knows. What a F joke.
FU and a big D up these Chinese majority stake owners ar$e$ at Newegg.
I'll never buy from them ever again. Rot in hell MFs!

return policy makes you pay ship back even when the unit is totally defective.
