I found this great little fan (tool only) in a Home Depot store, after I read about it at this site. It's a small, portable 18 volt Ryobi and it's perfect for football games or any outside event if your sitting.
Even though it's light with only a 1.5 battery, I don't know if you'd want to hold it for any length of time. You wouldn't want it around your neck, but you could attach it to your belt with some ingenuity.
The model number is PCF02 and it did show online for in store purchase ONLY, but I don't see it now.
Tell the sales people that it's probably on a shelf in a "no home" section. It says "Special buy while supplies last" on the package.
I'll post pictures in a few. Not too bad for $20
if you are already invested in Ryobi and have some batteries, because the 1.5's are $50 each!
I'm running it on high now, just to see how long the 1.5 battery will go.
FYI on 1.5 battery life;
The fan ran on high for three hours with the 1.5Ah battery.
That battery is a year old though and has been used a good bit.

On those I grabbed my fan from the middle shelf. I'm 6'2'' so...
On the free battery, I slipped one out of the cage between the bars.

lol I found this funny.
At a reputable store like HD that has/had a 120 day return policy not 30 days, they are $49.97 plus tax.

Is that better Einstein? I even corrected the price for you.
Yes I've seen them for $35 on that mega site, but I've also seen where people wished they'd paid more from HD to begin with so....
And I'm no genius, but I think that correct term is Ah (Ampere hour) battery, not amp.
In my store, when I asked the workers, they said that it had no home yet so it was in the "no home" storage section on a shelf just outside of the tool section.
They are an odd shaped blister pack which is unbelievable to get in to. (No box) They are made actually to hang from a J hook.

Just because something isn't on sale doesn't mean it isn't a slick deal. Conversely, not all things that are on sale are slick deals. IMO, I'd call this a deal, not quite slick.
I did and the employee took me right to it. Guess I was lucky, but she said that was their temp holding area for all the new tool items.
Nine of the ten minutes that I spent looking for it, was me being stubborn and not asking somebody right away.
Apparently not yet, if ever a stock item, they are close to the tool section, or most stores have curbside pickup. My local store is now about out, but plenty still at surrounding stores.
