Be aware this monitor has a nonstandard BGR pixel layout that can make text look blurry. Flipping the monitor to fix it disables GSync and introduces massive input lag. If you don't mind the text blur, it's got some neat features and the price is good. If you work with a lot of text, I'd give it a pass.
To add on; ClearType has a setting to tune to BGR, so that may be a possible solution for the issue, if you're running windows. I've never used it so idk how successful that would be.

I've had this monitor for a few days now. Color is beautiful. I don't notice the BGR pixel layout or whatever that is, and I read a lot. It has tilt and height adjustments. Compatible with Gsync. My only complaint is the ips glow. I have it on the bottom left and right of the screen. It's like an orangish color and only visible on dark backgrounds.

I had this monitor for a few weeks. I second the glow on the corners. For me it was HORRENDOUS on a dark screen. Also the KVM switch was finnicky for me. Returned it and got the Sell S2721DGF for a little more OJ sale and am happier.

The M27 is a fine monitor though and for $300 I think you enjoy it as long as you aren't playing dark games or anything.

honestly i'm thinking of getting that dell monitor but the M27Q has better color so it won't be as good for media correction.

I have this monitor. The color is good. Some light bleed on the corners, but it's acceptable. Arrived with 1, 2 dead pixels, I am ok with that. What I really don't like is it flickers. I don't know if it's a connector issue or something. I am using DP port. I have seen people mentioning flickering issue on reviews before I brought, but I didn't think it would be this annoying.

friend with a gigabyte VA panel monitor also had flickering issues but he solved it by disabling HDR in windows 10. give that a try.

I have this monitor and the light bleed is most apparent on full black boot up screen, but not intrusive or even noticeable such as call Of duty or destiny.

BGR is not bothersome on web browsers or spreadsheets. Its an issue when Geforce overlay kicks in while I use my medical records program

I got this monitor from Best Buy back in December, not sure if I hit the panel lottery or if I'm just oblivious to a lot of the common issues (pixels DOA, light bleed). I have 3 devices connected to it (Gaming pc, PS5, work laptop). Gaming picture is EXCELLENT, but it'll randomly flicker while I'm playing and black out the screen for a second, which can be annoying; it doesn't happen a lot, maybe once a day at most and only from the PS5. I did notice the text issue, which is mainly noticeable on things like Outlook. Fortunately, I always keep outlook on a side monitor anyway so it's not a bothersome issue for me.
Overall, I really enjoy this monitor after using it for 9+ hours daily on average. Doesn't cause eye strain or headaches while working and delivers beautiful picture while playing. I'd suggest to buy from Amazon or another local retailer (like Best Buy) because of the return policy in case you get a bad panel or have any other issues.

Man, for a $300+ monitor, there sure are a lot of comments with aspects of the monitor that are considered bothersome. Might not be deal breakers, but if you are shelling out this kind of money, you probably shouldn't be needing to deal with all these minor inconveniences.

i don't disagree with you. in my experience and research, unless you shell out 450-650 there is something you are sacrificing.

not to be an old fogey, but back in my day* you had to shell out $150 for a good 17" CRT monitor. i think we have a slightly skewed perception. game prices haven't really changed much but the hardware prices are both up and down.
