Weider will get sued by people who get seriously injured from buying a cheap flimsy "weight" bench. I wouldn't trust a bench for this price with anything more than 250 pounds total on it (including the user) - and maybe that is too much.

Buy a trusted name and spend around $300 and you'll get top notch quality and won't have to worry about an ER trip.
