I've been eyeing this garage door for awhile and it's finally on sale. Normally $245, now 20% off for $195 with free shipping or free store pick up. This garage door is CA compliant since it has a backup battery.
I also got the professional installation for an additional $87. Also not a bad deal considering quotes I got from contractors were $150 to $200 just for install.

My garage door just broke and the local garage repair guy quoted me $600 for a new liftmaster.
This deal with the $87 installation saved me over half. i LOVE SD.
$87 install was posted on sign in my store during this promotion. I personally Installed myself, but many others in this thread paid $87.
He noted that my springs were worn out and my garage door was heavy and unbalanced.
He then said that he wouldn't install the garage opener with these springs.
As a result, my old garage door opener is still installed.
My wallet and I didn't plan on installing new springs. Here goes another unexpected expense

Get a second opinion. Does your garage open manually without major effort (the springs are counter weight balance to the garage door weight). Does your garage balance when it is half way open. Meaning it doesn't want to go all the way up and not want to fall down? If not then Call another installer and don't mention the springs.
A note on my Home Depot third party installer. I purchased the opener and install package on the 5/24, installer called next day, scheduled, and installed on 5/27. Installer took about 2 1/2 hours, didn't use the instructions as it was unopened. He tried to use the existing sensor wires with the new sensors but had issues so had to run the new sensor wires. Then ran into issues with new wires because he damaged one of the wire when stapling it to the wall. I also took a look at the install once he left, he didn't remove the nut ring on the spring so I had to do that and he also didn't bend the tab up on rail. Not sure the tab is critical, but the belt definitely needed to have the nut ring on the spring removed as there was barely any tension on it.
It works most of the time from within the garage, but step outside and I have trouble opening/closing. The wireless keypad right outside the garage has troubles as well.
My old opener was one that still used dip switches, not sure what frequency it was, but it worked at the street when I pulled up to the house.

They all say that!!! I've done two of these now and I've noticed a pattern. The installer makes crap up to get more money out of you. First one was in a new townhome 4 years old. And they make shit up saying builders use cheap stuff and it's now time to replace the spring for $400 or he can re tune it for $250. I declined both and he almost wasn't going to install it.
Second time I get similar story in a older home but this one charged $45 to retune it. Otherwise he won't install it. I think I've had it with these $87 contracted out "installers"

Next time; setup a running camera and see how this goes on camera!
