If you got the Amex offer, then this costs about the same as that deal. Worth noting though, I was not able to apply any other coupons on top of it. Confirmed with the CS as well, no other discounts possible.

With the STUDENT100 coupon, the price comes down to 1100 and stacking with Amex offer brings the total to $980+ tax.

>Can't get Windows out of 8-bit color.
>I'm on the phone with Dell tech support. Will update.
>While I'm on hold: disappointing for sure, but not super surprising. This is why I'm waiting to buy a M2 MacBook Pro. For myself. I'm my sons Windows tech support. Sigh. I built a couple Threadripper 3960x computers for work and they rip it up. So much power.
>Grr. They have to send it to the advanced software support group. They'll call me in 24 hours. Unhappy teenager. I'll update with any resolution or other issues.

Did all of that. Didn't help.

How would I find that out? Adapter modes clearly show 32-bit mode should be working. But display says it's a UPnP driver. The Radeon display driver software has no setting for bit depth. Seems like it is a BIOS, Radeon, or display driver problem but everything is fully updated. They want me to pay for tech support. Very angry. Had this < 24 hours and it doesn't work.
Why are you using a radeon display driver? Its an nvidia card, also i think i seen it mention that you have to down the new video driver from nvidia manually cause the geforce experience doesnt see it

I have two questions, 1 does it look like windows 3.1? 2. Where did you go to find that it is stuck at 8-bit?
