Just got around to trying out a pair of these today that I got from a previous. The temperature and humidity are showing over 5 degrees in temp and 5% difference in humidity while sitting right next to each other. Don't give me much confidence in their accuracy.

These are 2.05" x 2.05" and take a CR2450 button battery. I think I'd prefer the 2.28"x2.44" AAA version. $10 each.

Similar Xiaomi ones can be had for ~$16 for 4 pack. When staff post these 'deals' they magically get a bunch of TUs and ends up on FP in no time.

I have 2 of these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Y36FWTT/ They're $12 + 10% off so $10.80. They show min/max. I've used them to track temperatures in the garage to track temperatures to see when it gets down to freezing and I have to relocate stuff inside the house. It's been going since October and still has 2 bars on the original battery.

Xiaomi sensors are in Celcius though and BLE range is pretty short.

I have 6 of these and there close but it's easy to calibrate them. I have them all the same now and they are great. Fyi I have expensive hydrometrs and they are not accurate either

poor judgement by a designer to use super rare and super expensive coin cell battery, unless designer is paid by battery industry.
I would not bother even if I given to me free for I know these consumer electronics devices incorporating rare batteries will end up in garbage pile, somewhere in poor third nation, creating all kind of toxic wastes and health concern for already destitude people.

I don't find these products useful at all. I'm looking for sensors that is connected to wifi, and I can get immediate temperature, not some reading from a hr ago. Does something like that exist?

Many of the BT Govee models have a 2 sec refresh or response time. That might mean you need to ping it to get recent data? Not sure. I am not seeing the response time for the min/max model though.

We'll, the arrived overnight from amazon, which is nice but man they seem to be pretty poor quality. The temp shows 10 degrees warmer than my two other thermometers show. One device keeps rebooting over and over again, and I can't get EITHER to pair via Bluetooth to a phone and the Govee app. It seems the devices in the + pair device list, but neither ever pairs. Not worth $5 let alone $15. Fortunately, Amazon return is fairly easy and free

Yeah, I'm looking for something I can check the immediate twmperature, not something logged in an hr ago. I need wifi as it's BT is pointless as I don't keep my BT connection on all the time.
