It's pretty big. I had my back seats folded down (2009 Hyundai Sonata) and the box would not fit through the gap. So I had to drive (luckily only about 5-7 miles) with it 2/3's of the way in the trunk.

The box is 63" wide(looking from the front) by 38" tall when standing flat on the ground. It's 8 1/2" thick when looking at it from the front. So it is NOT a small box.

If it came down to it I was debating taking the panel, stand/feet, remote and paperwork out of the box and leaving the box and foaming packing wedges there in the parking lot.

That's true. If it's a good enough deal.

I guess if some was selling this TV which I believe is a 2020 model as a floor model for $300-$350 I wouldn't buy it. 1) people are buying a brand new one for the same price 2)it could have been on the floor for 12-18 months. If it was like $150-$200 maybe.

Zip code 28262 says "limited stock" but when I checked the store and also asked the associate at the electronics dept, he immediately knew about the TV ("the $299 Samsung TV")and said they were sold out a long time ago. FWIW.

Few hours ago i saw guy in Walmart telling one of employees to sell tv for 299 because he found this price at Slickdeal... Zip code do not show anything in this store, but hi was willing to get manager and solve this issues

In my case it was that there was ONE sitting on the sales floor at the store I got one from. At my closest store, which was priced at $600 early last week, the inventory is off by one since it shows OOS when they still had one left the other night after they dropped them to $299.

Even of it turns out to be a phantom item it doesn't hurt to check in store if you're close enough.

I tried. None on sale floor. First guy I talked to said he didn't have TV before I even told him what I was looking for. Second guy who was putting out tvs said they haven't had curved tvs in at least a year.
