It's the same as the WD Black 3D NVMe SSD in our test pool because it uses the same hardware and firmware as the SanDisk Extreme Pro. That means performance is identical.

PCWORLD says: "Before we go further, one thing that needs to be clear: The Extreme is the exact same SSD as the WD Black NVMe. Not similar, but exactly the same drive with a more colorful label and a slightly different audience. WD owns Sandisk"

SanDisk is owned by Western Digital, so I presume this is similar - if not identical - to the SN550 Blue NVMe drive? I ask because it's much easier to find reviews of the SN550 Blue NVMe drive and these two drives look identical and have identical specs: https://hothardware.com/reviews/w...vme-review
