Been lurking for years, it's my first SD post!

Logitech G915 keyboard LINEAR
Original Price: $249.99
Current Discounted Price: $179.49 ($70.50 saving / 28% discount)

G502 - I believe it's only about $10 cheaper than the usual price. I bought it at $118 or so a few months ago before I returned it.

I have been eyeing, researching, and trying out so many keyboard and mouse set for my home office and gaming setup. After considering the factors (wireless, number pads, battery life, look and feel, mechanical feel, but not loud, gaming capabilities, and last but not least, RGB Stick Out Tongue) that I need for both work (I live in the spreadsheet and conference call) and gaming, I believe (and hope) G915 and G502 will be it.

G915 is on sale at Amazon, but I was able to get price matched at Best Buy (if you guys prefer buying from Best Buy instead of Amazon). G502 price is the same at both Best Buy and Amazon.

G915 @ Best Buy: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/logi...Id=6360872 Expired, now $249.99

G915 @ Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...=pd_gw_unk OOS

G502 @ Best Buy: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/logi...Id=6333841

G502 @ Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-L...pons&psc=1

Havent tried linear keys... wonder if I like them. Tried tactile ones before only.
Still pretty expensive even with sale.

Yep, it's still an expensive device. I am investing in the setup to make my work environment more enjoyable.

I tried tactile TKL because all other regular and TKL switches were sold out, didnt like it thinking it didn't deserve the hype and price, and returned it. I tried my friend's clicky recently, and it was okay, but would be too loud for my work and personal use. So Im giving the last shot at this setup.. fingers crossed!

Hey let me know how it goes with the linear -- I bought the g915 tactile and also didnt like it much I still have it but its the TKL version. I then bought the g915 with the numpad clicky and actually enjoy it but agree on the noise - since you have used both as well would like to see what you think about the linear?

Just a quick suggestion, you might want to put "Lightspeed" next to the G502 in the title and description

No flow and no unifying dongle. Worst part is I need to use both g502 and g915 dongles... but it is what it is

I really didn't enjoy typing on that keyboard. I ended up going with the Corsair K100 Optical instead and haven't regretted it since.

Agree that it's not the best typing experience, but there are not many options if you need wireless, number pad, battert, and gaming capabilities Frown. There are tons and tons of options in the wired keyboard market.
