Thought this might be cool to buy when it came out but reviews say the camera is off set so if you are speaking to someone you either look off or half to arrange yourself to the side the camera is on.

The hardware is supposed to be good, but complaints say there are programming bugs. The camera can track you, but you won't be centered. That seems like a programming issue since it should have compensation for the offset camera. There are other complaints about voice recognition, but not clear why that would be worse than other Echo Show models

Echo recycling coupon doesn't work on this. Hopefully there's an offer that excepts the coupon on Prime Day

Anyone get the 25% off trade in to work instantly? I've traded in every single Alexa product I own to try to get it to work, but it keeps saying after appraisal 🤦🏻

No luck on instant either. Chatted customer service they said the offers don't stack, not sure if it's true.
Trade in arrives like 10 days so not possible to catch up Prime Day deals.

Yea did the same, got the same answer. They told me that I was more than welcome to buy it once the trade was accepted…. A holes lol

Weird how it says it does NOT stack when the trade in button is on the page with the echo show 10..when I click on the trade in button it says at the end that they apply an amazon gift card once they check the items once received, so it does NOT apply to the already purchased echo show, only your next purchase..I figured with trading in my echo show 8 and echo dot Id save an additional 40 bucks on top of the 25 percent making the echo show 10, 100 bucks plus tax but now, not worth it since I cant get it to stack..with all the issues people have reported with the device maybe its better to wait for the 2nd gen echo show 10 they always seem to fix the issues that the 1st one had
