Anyone know why Costco will charge Shipping & Handling for some items but not for other? I mean on these it's $3 for shipping but there was a massive fan for $25 last week with free S&H...

I believe the term is called "margin" if you don't make any money on something you can't eat the shipping.

I price-matched this deal at Target for in-store pickup to get the 5% RedCard discount and avoid the $3 shipping charge.

The funny part is that it's $3 shipping for both the single and two pack. So while 2 pack is technically a few cents more expensive, it's cheaper because of only one $3 shipping charge.

I just tried at Target and they refused to price match Costco. They don't price match stores requiring membership


Update: i called target customer service and they able to price match it. Thank you so much for suggesting this.
