PS: The lowest price ever has been $89.99.
It's NOT even Prime Day Deal.
This has been been $99.99 for a while and no prime required as I've been checking price of new shaver past few weeks and ended up getting the Arc 3 for $59.99 from Target (120 days return period shown in my order)
The only issue I had, not sure what I am doing wrong is, whenever, I shave, it is always leaving small patch of hair un-shaved right near my neck. I have to do multiple times, and in multiple directions and even then it is not shaving clearly.
Anyone having this issue? any idea how to clean shave?

Not sure what to do. I shave in the morning. and by evening that patch looks more grown that the other parts and looks ugly little bit
