I shave my head bald a few times a week in the shower with a mach 3. I've tried a cheaper electric wet dry and was disappointed by how long it took to get it completely smooth. Would this be quicker work than a good razor?

I don't know how good the Arc5 is compared to my Braun, but based on all of the reviews I read, it seems like the Panasonics give a better shave but the Brauns are more comfortable. I think that if you have the coin to drop on this, give it a shot because it will at least save your expensive Mach3 blades some wear and tear.

I'm actually going to give it a whirl and see how it goes. One thing I do know is that any electric shaver will NEVER give you a closer shave than a multi-blade razor. The best you can hope for is to trim it down to the stem and then make it all smoothy-shiny with a razor if you want.
