Fantastic shaver but be aware that replacement blade heads cost as much a new shaver. Check for yourself

Yea a bit of due diligence is necessary but in this day and age shouldn't be too hard.

$50 vs $100 up to you if it's worth your time. Shipped by Amazon so makes things a little easier.

I bought similar one (link below) few months back from SD deals but it keeps pulling my hair when i shave… i'm thinking unless i shave everyday, if the beard gets slightly longer then it'll just pull the hair out… does this shaver also do the same?
This's the one i bought: https://shop.panasonic.com/produc...=affiliate

I've used the predecessor to the Arc3 for over ten years and haven't had a need to replace the blade heads. Still works great.

I have model ES-LV95-S851 that I purchased 6 years ago. I find that the Arc 5 tends to pull longer hairs also. I have to shave daily to use this shaver.

I also have a Braun Series 9 that I use for longer hairs when I don't shave for a couple of days while the Panasonic shaves closer.

First pass with Braun, second pass with Panasonic.

This's helpful… I've always use Philips Norelco and never had problems… i don't want to use 2 shavers :😂… thanks

I have an older Arc4, but what works for me is using a beard trimmer first on all areas I want to shave before using the Panasonic. It only takes about a minute or so to do a quick pass after I haven't shaved for a few days. Otherwise, if you shave every 2 or 3 days my Panasonic works fine (and I haven't replaced the blades in over a decade).
The the model you have is the the same as this one, 2nd gen Arc 5 just with a slightly different design, so you won't notice a difference.
I like Panasonic better than Braun because of the durability of the blades and shave heads. Mine have been going strong for a long time and my previous Braun frequently needed replacements.
