And, thanks for understanding the purpose of these kind of laptops. Most people will comment about the Graphics card, expecting a RTX 3060 or a full wattage version.
By the way, this product is pretty unique. The Screen resolution is higher than even the QHD+ resolution and definitely over FHD+ resolution of the XPS 15. By the way, this is actually not equivalent to Legion 5 Pro and is more premium than that.
This is actually equivalent to Lenovo Creator 5 16ACH6 and ThinkBook 16p
the RTX 3060 version looks enticing
here are my questions:
1. how is the thermals when running the RTX 3060? is the throttling bad? I know this isn't going to have the cooling capabilities of G15 gaming laptop and such but if I'm rendering videos, is it comparable to G15?
2. how is the 11800H CPU vs Ryzen 5800H for adobe illustrator, video editing...etc?

Regarding the CPU, 11800H is more or less equivalent to 5800H in terms of performance but it's not as power efficient as AMD. So, expect little less battery life compared to Ryzen laptops with similar capacity battery. Added benefit is Thunderbolt 4.
