YMMV on the GPU brand but based on reddit comments , it is supposed to come with an Asus RTX 3080 TUF

Edit: the RTX 3070 variant is also available for $1,599.99 (super solid deal here if you don't need the extra GPU power)

Just received mine from BB via UPS today. Computer will not stay on longer than 10 minutes without powering itself off. This is while running a one tab Chrome browser. Actually it shuts off running zero programs too. Going to return it to BB tomorrow and have them send me a new one. I'll update after receiving round 2.

Sorry for the Dumb question but I don't know much about computer specs I just need a machine to start learning unreal. Would this be able to handle some beginner level development in unreal engine 5? Specs show it needs 32 gb of RAM and 8of VRAM

One I got is perfect. I think we got noobs buying computers that don't know how to change a cpu heat sink. When I ran the 11700kf with the stock heat sink they came with it was silent in idle but then would ramp up in games. If you push / pull mounted a couple of bequiet 92mm fans on there it would be enough to keep things quiet and keep the cpu relatively cool. Simply jimmy rig the 92mm on the other side towards the rear of the case with zip ties and I think the stock cooler would be adequate.

The 10GB RTX 3080 video card will be able to handle the graphics, but you would need to add 16 GB of RAM to meet the system requirements for Valley of the Ancient. According to Reddit, the RAM inside this machine is SK Hynix 16 GB (2x8) 3200 MHz.

This one is better IMO
Liquid cooled proper prebuilt, with an ATX case for plenty of expandability, i7-11700KF and 3070 back in stock. Compared to the Asus prebuilts, this is much better with better parts, a wide variety of USB 3.2 Gen1 and Gen2 ports, liquid cooling, big for expandability, etc. Good deal if you have a 10% off coupon to use. The card that came in mine was an EVGA FTW3, which is being sold at $1100+ right now.

I am considering getting the 3080 or 3070 system, but from the comments it feels like I would have to do too much to it. Could I buy this and add on some intake fans and call it good? The reviews on the Best Buy website don't exactly inspire confidence either. It seems like a red flag that these machines are always in stock and if they were actually decent they would be out of stock.

CPU/mobo voltage issues, common with this combination. The default settings coupled with the cooling solution simply don't work. It'll spike to 200 watt usage from slight load causing the reboots. There's a fix for this in the bios. Load line Calibration to level 6. Both IA AC & DC Load line to 0.01. For CPU temperature control set long power limit to 125 watts, and short to 160 watts.
