1) The tires pop after 2-6 months of riding, and are nearly impossible to replace.
2) The folding latch fails over time, it's just not well designed.
The ES2 can be upgraded to an ES4 with a <$100 battery from eBay, which elevates it well above the M365 imo (better range, acceleration, folding latch, and solid tires). But M365 vs ES2 I'd probably still go with an M365 and budget $70 every few months to pay for new tires.
