T-Force has mentioned there's a converter tool you can use. Never tried it myself because I didn't feel like bothering.

Chat reps? They're outsourced folks I'd never trust - check the T-Mobile subreddit for horror stories. Go with T-Force instead. I can tell you I did four of the A32s and four of the N200s and the promotions for both show up on my account, even for lines where I have one of each. The "deal" is the same (i.e. "trade in a working phone, get a free 5G phone") but the specific promotions are different so you can absolutely take advantage of this multiple times - up to four phones per promo (e.g. four of the A32s, four of the N200s, four of the V+, four of whatever they come out with next).

4 A32 is for 4 lines? Or 2 per line? Also where can i find this T-force? Thanks in advance!

I've heard some people were able to get multiple of the same phone on one line but I have five lines so there was no need. Wouldn't hurt to check with T-Force on your options!

T-Force is basically T-Mobile's social media support - you can reach them on Facebook by messaging T-Mobile's official account, or on Twitter (my preferred method) by DMing @TMobileHelp. Don't forget to mention you had issues completing your order online (not being able to advance past accessories is pretty common, as is not being able to enter an ESN if that's what you have for trade-ins instead of IMEI), and ask if you can get the shipping charges waived too - many have had success with that. Ideally you'll only have to pay tax, but even with shipping the deal is great.

Good luck, and enjoy your new phone(s)!

Seems to take a little better pics than the n200 using the stock camera.

Just a few data points.
- I previously used the online upgrade to order 4 OnePlus Nord N200 5G phones. I wanted to try to save on the shipping, and also wanted to trade in 2 Verizon devices I still had on hand, so called 611 to do the trade-in on the REVVL V+ 5G this time.
- First time with 611, the rep didn't seem to understand that my Verizon phones didn't have IMEI. Eventually I got her to just use the ESN for ID. At the end, she said she can waive 2 of the upgrade fees if I did 4 at the time. Given the $30 fee, I opted to only do the 2 Verizon phones instead (she would only waive 1 fee then). I never received the Docusign despite providing 2 different email addresses. The order was eventually cancelled automatically due to no signature.
- Second time with 611, the rep was going to waive all 4 upgrade fees. Once again, I could not receive the Docusign for unknown reason. Ordered cancelled again. The rep said she will put a note so maybe I can try it at a retail store and not get charge the upgrade fee, or that if I did get charged, to call in and they'll credit me afterwards.
- I tried to get this done at a store and they had no idea how to handle the Verizon phones. Wasted like 30 minutes while the in-store rep called the retail support line and ended up with no help. They suggested I go to a corporate store.
- Called the corporate store and the rep who answered the phone had no idea an older Verizon phone may not use IMEI. Decided I wasn't going to waste my time going to the store.
- Contacted T-Force via Facebook. The process took between 1PM until around 6PM to fully finish. During this time 3 different reps were involved. The first 2 either went on lunch or off their shift so it was actually the 3rd rep who got everything done. Even though it took hours, I didn't have to do much other than provide the phone info (vendor/model/ESN/IMEI, agree to conditions, verify the total).
- I ended up only paying for taxes and ground shipping for 1 phone. This is $69 (nice!) for me in SoCal. No upgrade fees, and free shipping for 3 out of the 4 phones.
- Received my phones today, about a week after the order confirmation.

Takeaway: Contact T-Force to get this done if your old phone does not have IMEI. Otherwise, if you want to get this done without the upgrade fee, do it online, because seems like many reps (in-store or 611) don't really know how to handle phones without IMEI.

I used chat via T-Mobile app and did 3 phones. Most knew how to deal with the no meid issue

Just send in any phone that still turns on and loads into the OS. I made sure to fully charge the phone and turned it off so that when they receive it, it will turn on for them.
