So sad that NE has gone to crap.... When it first opened I used them exclusively!

If you ever have an issue, and trust me it happens, electronics are never perfect, Amazon's return policy is top notch, Newegg is a nightmare to deal with and they take weeks upon weeks to get a refund through them
