Wow. They might as well have cut to the chase and counterfeited money instead. LMAO

According to an older article, she told on a bunch of people who she knew was doing the same thing. So we can expect to hear about some more people. She did all that cooperating to get a 12 year sentence. And I suspect they went through her app and may charge the buyers too.

Not sure what happened to Ms. Gal's "I'm looking for a deal on..." thread but I'm running low on baby wipes. This is something we'll need probably forever. We didn't like the Kroger's "Comforts for Baby" brand (the lid wouldn't stay closed and the wipes keep getting dried out). We're currently using the Walmart brand but the every 3-4 wipes they aren't probably interlocked making it hard to pull out. They're livable if there are no other options. We'd like to pay no more than $0.01 per wipe (again, this is probably something we'll need forever). We usually get them for less than $0.01 per wipe when Kroger has them on mega sale + $1/2 MQ from Huggies or Pampers but haven't seen those deals in at least a year. I don't get many MQ's nowadays either so the deals have dried up.

TIA!

Coupon finds:

Blinkie:
Lunchables $1/2 fun Pack 9.1 oz, x 12/20/21. I found some in front of the Ball Canning Supplies; in another store they were by Crystal Lite. You'd think they would be by the product.

Tearpads:
Quaker Instant Oatmeal $1/2, x 1/31/22. Found on a display.

Roca Products, 3 oz + $1/2, x 6/30/23 -- nice long date. On freestanding display.

Happy almost Thanksgiving everyone!

Our usual plan is to hit the beach in the am, Facetime family and then hit the stores in the pm. The usual stores are JC Penny for the coupon giveaway and Belk for the gift card give away. It looks to me like neither are happening, anyone know anything different? There is no mention of the coupon giveaway in the JCP ad that I see (only a sweepstakes). As for Belk, they are doing some sort of give aways but at least one is during store hours so I am guessing not their gift card give away at the door, maybe at the register?

Anyone have any interesting shopping plans?

Not much so far. I have to say this BF is slim pickings for us. I ordered DH an overcoat from Macy's. They did not have any in store near us so I had to order online. Macy's BF prices started last week and I picked up a GC at our Kroger affiliate for 4x gas points.

I need to pick up a gas grill for my parents and those deals seem few and far between this year. Ace has a very expensive Weber grill outside of the range of what I want to spend and HD has a very small grill. I think I'll buy something from Lowe's utilizing the GC deal for 4x points again. It's not on sale for BF though so no rush there.

On BF DH and I have a whopping two places on our list: Sportsmens Warehouse for wood pellets for the smoker (they will be half off and that store isn't usually too crowded or crazy) and Pet Supplies Plus for $8 off large bags of cat and dog food. They opened a new PSP literally down the street from us so it should be easy to swing in and grab a few bags. I am unsure if the BF deals will play nice with some grand opening Qs they sent us.

I had thought about JCP but as mentioned it seems there are no GCs being handed out. They have a griddle for $17.99 with a $10 rebate. Typically those small appliance with rebates sell out here. But on a recent trip to JCP I saw the line was ridiculous. I didn't find what I was looking for but they had 2 people ringing for the entire store plus two people in the store pick up area and that looked like it. Anyhow I saw a griddle at King Soopers yesterday for $15. I might just get that and forego the rebate and that line. I'll need to go to King Soopers anyways to get DD lunch supplies for next week.

My only other possible gift is at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It won't be on sale for BF but I have seen that instead of a 20% off Q BF will have a 25% off Q available. I am hoping to stop in the store tonight or tomorrow so see the color choices in person and then maybe I'll just order the gift online. It will qualify for free shipping.

DH is still up in the air on if he wants to stop by Costco. The pork tenderloins will be a great deal (although we have portions of one in the freezer already) But we have not seen that they will have the beef loin this year. We bought one last year and cut it into a dozen steaks and a roast; all were delicious. We are also limited on freezer space as one of his clients gifted him a turkey and we are eating at my parents (mom had got a free turkey at SW already).

And I have one teacher of DD's for whom I need to do some digging. Someone at the school collects a questionnaire and generates a wish list. I need to find that and read her wants/needs. I am buying my teacher GCs using points and redemptions from rebates and apps of course.

Once upon a time, I was an AVID BF shopper, mostly back before BF started on Thanksgiving or the days and weeks leading up to BF. This year, I have nothing on my list for BF. I'll probably pop into CVS, just to roll some extracare bucks. Boring!

CVS is what I'm doing too.

We no longer mail gifts to DH's family in Colorado - that was my BF list.

Too bad I didn't see this sooner. Wags cleared out a ton of baby wipes (Huggies). Some were .89, $1.10, and $3.xx for the refill packs.

My shopping plans are all MMs and they are huge. 3 deals just fell into my lap recently. This will be a busy week for me. Free inserts help too.

When was this? It's been YEARS since I stepped foot inside a Walgreens but will definitely check it out if there's a possibility that these clearanced ones are still around.
