Was shopping at my local Walmart and noticed they had on Clearance several " Xbox one elite controllers Series 2 model FST-0001 ". I bought one …..was this a good deal? After I told my friend about the deal he went and picked one up in a Different town so I guess the prices are for all stores. I live in Western Arkansas for Reference.

FYI - Galleria Walmart in Charlotte has 2 left @ $44. Brickseek shows out of stock but ended up snagging a few.

It was in the electronics section, behind the locked glass doors for xbox accessories. Walmart rep was not being cooperative telling me that there must have been a price error and needed to check with manager.

New or used, you'll have issues. I got mad stick drift on 3 - all in 6ish months - before I have up... 90 day warranty from m$ft.

Tried to pick one up in valley stream, ny. All that was in the box was the controller, no accessories. Also, a lot of skin left on the thumbstick 😊 ... since it was in the cage, I wasn't allowed to look at it until purchase then after walking to my car and back. it took an hour to return since it was reduced....
tldr: make sure to open the box at the counter before purchasing.
