The lowest I've seen for a 4 pack was $85-$87. Everything is possible on Black Friday.

I don't feel this would be the best for that, these don't contain an actual gps, the location can only be updated if it's within Bluetooth Range of an apple device. If your loved one wanders off to somewhere no one is rocking an iPhone then these tags become useless. Something with a functional gps tracker would be far more useful, and unfortunately expensive. I get where the idea is at, I had a grandmother with Alzheimer's live with me for years, it can be tough keeping tabs on them. This would probably be better than nothing as it at least crowd sources location so it's irrelevant who's apple device is near it, it can still ping the apple servers but it wouldn't be perfect.

This product is a good idea as many people have iPhones. Main issue I have with it, if someone were to sew it into the lining of their bag/case or in their clothing, then said bag or person were stolen or abducted, my understanding is that criminal's iPhone would alert them that the AirTag is nearby and tracking them. They do this because they don't want the AirTag to be used in nefarious ways such as stalking, but doesn't help in the reverse case of catching a thief or a kidnapper if your property is stolen or your phone is taken from you.
