I have heard bad experiences from refurbished products from DTO. People complain about defective products, bad customer service, and return issues.
The factory blemished items are usually new so there is significantly less risk there.
Factory blemished is indeed new. I am one of those people that have had a bad experience with the DTO refurbs. It seems like they don't refurb them at all, but rather just brand them and ship them out as-is. Their refurbs are just a roll of the dice.
Yes it does. I have used it on my Green Mountain Grills pallet grill. Just be sure to remove the filter beforehand or else you'll have a clogged filter.
I really want one of these but not sure it would be useful. If I have a shop vac already and a dyson cordless, is there any benefit to having this around? I do have the ryobi system so plenty of batteries
If you dont want to kill your Dyson vacuuming water or anything really gross or really fine like sheetrock dust ryobi is great.

It can suck up literally anything that fits into the hose (liquids, nails, rocks, anything)
Dyson battery sucks after a few years and replacement battery cost $130 and oos.
Dyson batteries suck after a few years because people leave it on the charger 24/7. Battery is constantly being charged which kills it faster. Mine has never been left charging more than 3 hours after it's "full" and it's still going strong more than 3 years now
My recommendation for getting batteries and chargers for inexpensive and you get a drill for free. Lol. They're RTV (Return to Vendor) products (basically stuff people returned at Home Depot, used) and then this vendor buys them and sells them on for a super discount. My recommendation would be to put it in your cart and wait a day or two and many times (not every time) you'll get a 50% off from the seller, (less than the 30% off most of the time otherwise). Boxes will be beat up and retaped. Products will work or you can coordinate with them to make it right (refunds etc). They're a great place to get inexpensive Ryobi parts.

It doesn't come with a filter bag? On my current cheapo vac I usually rinse the bag a couple times before replacing it.

Yes. I stick it on my ryobi orbital when I'm doing drywall patch jobs around the house and need to sand down the old surface first. Works like a charm

I purchased an after market replacement battery on Amazon for $16 and it works very well for years.
