Has been looking for a good laptop/tablet for writing.
Find it out, Best Buy has Microsoft - Surface Laptop 4 - 13.5" Touch-Screen – AMD Ryzen™ 5 Surface® Edition – 8GB Memory - 128GB SSD Platinum for $699
It is the lowest configuration, but if you are some kind of diy-er, you can easily to replace the ssd, it will use 2230 ssd. I got 512gb (toshiba brand) for $83.
AMD Ryzen 5 4680U is 6-core cpu. This is not my main laptop, I just need one for writhing when doing presentation.

I personally would go for this at costco [imgur.com] for $799 dollars next month.
11th Gen CPU with keyboard and stylus. Flagship model. But understandably some people prefer a regular laptop form factor

I have Surface Pro 7, with similar configurations. With no fan design, it did get hot when connecting an extended display. That's the reason I am kind want to switch to laptop 4.
But the costco deal looks really attractive.

The surface type cover keyboard is total rubbish. If a laptop is the needed product, stay far away from this style of surface model. OPs posting is what you want.
