This is easily one of my favorite shows. I have my complaints for stupid nitpicky things but that is only because I'm watching it through for about the 4th time in prep for the last season. These were just really good books to adapt for TV. I love the fact that the locations are based on real places within our solar system. It makes it that much more interesting to watch and gives it that 'what if?' factor for how the future could play out.
It is definitely a well researched and executed story for a show that has to be shot to simulate life in space. It is easy to forget just how much goes into something like this. Check out this video of an astrophysicist's reaction to the show. If it can impress her with the level of detail, you know they are working hard and paying attention to detail in creating this show:

That's because it's exactly how the character is in the books, very crude and straightforward. She plays the character very well and is one of my favorites.

Great price, but at this point, with the final Season 6 airing in about a month, I'll be waiting for maybe a boxed set next BF.

That's correct, seasons 1-3 were on the Syfy network then seasons 4-5 were available only on Amazon. It gets really good reviews. When a show has an 8.5 review score on IMDB, it's in the upper tier of TV shows. The people have spoken! 😊

I wish these were UHD. This is a gorgeous show in 4K HDR. At least with Blu-ray the audio will be much better though.

Beautiful show. I loved the inital few seasons a lot more than the later ones, but this really is one of the best sci fi shows ever made.
