I bought this and returned from previous deal. Specs for price is great but build quality is super cheap, trackpad has an awful double click every time you need to press it, if you can deal with that then its a good deal

What's the hash rate for this?
Bought this one for mining 3 weeks ago at the same price.
The most I could get stable is 37.5 - 38mh at 56 Watts in the GPU. it runs pretty cool.

For anyone wondering about performance and temps(CPU) here are mine so far:
Battlefield 5 all ultra (no RTX) = 120fps (90C)
Cinebench r23 = 8530 (95C)
Superposition = 4700 (90C, 80C GPU)

For the screen, none of my classes at my college will require a color-accurate screen, it was actually not as bad as I thought compared to all the other 100%srgb screens I look at every day. Turning up the saturation helps.

The worse thing for me right now is the dim screen and that the build quality is not very good, the trackpad is wobbly and one side is higher than the other. But as a whole, the performance per dollar seems unmatched. Also feels much lighter than my +6lbs 1060 laptop, probably because everything is cheaper materials.

edit: I did undervolt overclock for the benchmarks, edited wattage offset in bios to get 4.2ghz all core instead of 3.5ghz all core hence why the temps are so high in benchmarks, but in normal gameplay, it does not reach that high temps

what's the TDP of your RTX 3060 in m15 r5? After some research, I think the Dell g15 5511 has the 115W version. Some folks on redditt are able to get 48mh/s out of the 115W 3060. I'm 95% sure the MSI GF65 got the 90W GPU.
GF65 GPU is 75W, I get around 4700 in superposition benchmark

What undervolt settings did you use?

Isn't this the cheapest 3060 laptop available? How bad is the performance at 75w, is it still better than a 3050ti? Thanks
The performance isn't too bad at 75w. I get 120fps in Battlefield 5, 4700 in superposition benchmark. I'd say around +30%-50% more performance than 3050ti, pretty sure the 3050ti has 4gb of vram which was decent 5 years ago. Right now, my gf65 thin is around lower rtx2080m performance and 2x faster than my old 1060m. Best price to performance I've seen

In bios I have -130 core (don't forget to unlock undervolting in bios)

In throttlestop:
-1000mv core (not actually true -1000mv, but it does bring it down ~100mv, 10th series are weird with undervolting core)
- 135 cache
-60 intelgpu + igpu unslice
iccmax set to highest value for cache and core.

Question: Will this game at 60 fps (1080p-1440p) if I HDMI it out to a 1080p Plasma or my 4K LCD TV?

If anyone buys this and upgrades to Windows 11, can you update the thread if you have any WiFi issues? I did so and now can't roll back to Win 10, so not sure if it's a driver or hardware issue I'm experiencing.

I bought this last deal and grabbed a 8gb stick of ram and 1tb ssd. Undervolted the CPU so it runs super cool. It is definitely a steal and insane bang for your buck if you don't mind doing those three. The RAM and SSD install took all of 15 minutes it is really easy to take apart.

Depends on the game. HDMI on this is 2.0 I believe (supports 4k 60hz)

I get 40 mH on my dell m15 r5 3060
Dell also costs way more. This gets you about 37MH. The ROI is way better in this one.

I mainly play fortnite. My current laptop has a 1650. Is it worth to upgrade to this one?
