The vast majority of electric PC cannot reach or maintain 15 psi. Most hover between 10-12 psi. It's not a big deal unless you need it for canning or sterilizing, in which case, I do recommend stove top PC for the job.

The only Instant Pot models rated for 15 PSI are the Instant Pot Max and "Pro Plus Smart". Everything else is ~11 PSI.
