No webcam is actually what made two people I know get it. They wanted high end laptops but didn't want/need the webcams. They bought better quality webcams too (that are external yes) but they prefer that option for various reasons

This is a genuine question and not a troll, for someone who edits 4k videos and exports over hour-long 4k footage, can this laptop deliver 30% of the power of M1 Pro MacBook 2021 model?
Currently I have Ryzen 7 3700x a long rtx480 8GB and 32 ddr4 ram as well as 1tb SSD and my computer cannot playback color corrected 4k footages.
