Yes it can. Did that myself this morning. I clicked through from the email, so I'd advise doing that to make sure it's attached to your existing account (and grab the extra $10 off).

This did not work, and now I have 2 separate accounts and get to waste hours fixing it.

Don't know what to tell you. I clicked through the email that came to the email address associated with my current PIA account. Worked perfectly for me and extended through 2026.
Uhhggg, I got PIA 3yrs ago through a SS deal for ~$45. Expires this week. But since it's categorized as a trial, there's no renewal at the same price and no email sent to my associated account. Maybe this is the the push I need to reevaluate PIA post acquisition. The "visible" service has been very good for me, but Kape is not a trusted steward.
Thoughts? Anyone have a server list? Not listed on their site
service has turned to sh_t over the years. I experience 1/3 my total speed and their DNS seems to drop out occasionally resulting in "not found" messages when trying to get to web sites.
Adding to the injury is their poor support these days. I've had a running conversation with them regarding their slow internet speeds and get try this then try that with no real answers.
