Best Buy is selling the 14-oz., current version of Ember's self-heating coffee mug. Normally, the 14-oz. version goes for $130 but is on-sale today for $100. (That is the regular price of the 10-oz. version.)
This is the same price as the Costco deal also flagged on SlickDeals today. But if you are not a CostCo member, then Best Buy is the way to get the deal.
These are very rarely on a serious sale. I bought the 10-oz., 1st-generation a few years ago for $65 (awesome deal) when Ember was clearing stock on the old model. Then last week for Black Friday, the Ember website was offering $10 off on the purchase of two mugs together. That's typically as good as it gets.
Note it's only available in blue, which seems to be Best Buy-only, i.e., the mug is not available in this color on Ember's website.
Below is the Best Buy link. Not sure if the deal lasts past today.

For those who are wondering why anyone would pay even $65 for a coffee mug, this thing works really well. It will keep your coffee at a set temperature for around an hour if you're away from its charging coaster. And if you keep the mug on the coaster at your desk, it will keep the coffee at a set temperature indefinitely. There is even an iOS or Android app that lets you adjust the temperature to your liking.
Yes, this is a luxury gift. But if you really like coffee (or other hot drink) and want to keep it warm (nearly) to the last drop, this is the best option.

I don't like the cup simply for this reason. If I drank black coffee, I would be in love with it.
Not as slick looking, but for a whopping 22 bucks you could also get a temperature controlled heating pad to use with your plain old dishwasher safe ceramic mug: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0779QR...ZB3E1
I admit these seem very expensive, and they are. I hemmed and hawed for a while because getting one. I've used it literally every day for the last two years. Absolutely worth every penny.

Also like others have said, the gray version is available at Costco for $99 (it's the 14oz version)
I'm working on a wifi toilet so you can flush with your cellphone. No more touching dirty handles 👍 I might add Bluetooth and a speaker incorporated into the lid as well. Maybe even a heated seat. I'll let you know how it goes

The temperature I posted was supposed to be in Celsius. Ember mug does not have any cooling capabilities, but a few minutes after pouring your coffee, it'll notify you that it's at your desired temperature (e.g., 57C for me). Then, -this is the part that folks like you miss- it keeps it at 57C as long as I desire. It's the same for every single cup I consume every day. If you want to continue comparing this to a thermos, it's not the same product. I have plenty of those, as well as travel mugs, etc. All are in a closet somewhere.
Except you ACTUALLY said - "This will maintain a 57 F (or whatever you set in the app) for an hour for you from the first sip to the very last." which is what I responded to. RIF. That's OK, it just displays how you are unable to admit to your own mistakes and simply move on and highlights the irony of your patronizing "-this is the part that folks like you miss-" bloviation. So no, I missed nothing about how the Ember works and probably understand more about it than you. BTW, nowhere in my post did I compare the product to a thermos so you are also a blatant liar.
No need to roll your eyes. Nobody is embellishing anything that this can not do. No, only you embellishing something it CAN DO. Are you always so incoherent? 🤔 As I explain above, the premise is pretty simple. It holds your beverage at a specific temperature. How important that is to you and how much you're willing to pay for it is totally up to you.
Yes the premise is pretty simple. As I explained in my previous reply, YOUR stating the ember mug can maintain a 57 F temperature (your exact words) is, in fact, implying that the ember device will cool down your beverage below room temperature which is not true. IOW, embellishing. If you just admitted your "claimed" error about F vs. C (sorry, I don't believe you based on the rest of your deflection ridden reply) and didn't resort to childish passive aggressiveness I wouldn't need to repeat this.
Being on a "deal site" doesn't mean buying cheap stuff. Have you seen any watch deals on SD? Yes, a $20 Timex from Walmart would do the same. Once again, your comprehension skills are lacking as I CLEARLY stated "I have no issue with anyone spending any amount for something they want..." - congrats on batting a thousand for illiteracy though. 👍🏻
