Is there 4X "fuel Points" with this offer? Kroger site shows 4X "Fuel Points" for Cricket but when I go to order I'm not seeing it? Thanks!

On the checkout page if it does not show tax I wont be taxed? I remember from previous deals people from NY were getting taxed on these. TIA
