Not a deal so much as in stock notice if anyone has been waiting for one. BH seems the cheapest.
Barebones, the ones with pre-installed ram or SSDs are way overpriced.

My 10th gen i5 GPU isn't able to keep with the frame rates to even usable level

This is a nice CPU improvement on the 10th gen and the graphics are like 3X faster.
I would mostly agree, however if the fan runs a lot they will wear out. I had to replace a fan on my 5th gen NUC after about 5 years of use (fan was used average) and my 8th gen NUC fan is starting to make the worn bearings noise as well. But in all fairness, that's to be expected, no fan runs indefinitely. I did have a problem with my 5th gen after a few years when the CMOS battery got low and it kept corrupting some data that it was supposed to keep. Replacing the battery wasn't enough as the data was still corrupted and the computer kept shutting off 1 second after turning it on. Luckily I found that it randomly will boot, so after trying literally like 50 boots, it finally did and from then on it was reliable again. Other than that, I quite like my NUCs for light desktop tasks that don't constantly spin up the fans, because they are noisy...
I have no idea how that's confusing /s.

I realize GPUs are hard to get. But with some patience, you can get an enclosure (eGPU) + for a decent price, either used or via Amazon Warehouse sale for ~ $200. Add any GPU of your choice, and pair it with this tiny box via Thunderbolt, and you have a very tiny, flexible computer than can manage some decent games.
