I've purchased dozens of computer parts from Newegg over the past 3 years and had zero issues with them. Also received all rebates I applied for. I support Newegg and the few other companies that compete with Microcenter and Amazon pricing.
I've lost thousands of dollars due to packages being lifted or rerouted.
I've had to file police reports and claims with newegg and fedex. After I jumped thru hoops Newegg basically told me "go kick rocks" you are not getting a replacement or a refund.
I had to contact my bank / credit card companies.
After they looked thru all evidence they refunded me. Guess what newegg did? Blacklisted me.
LoL. Shop there if you want to lose money, want ur items lost and want to wait months on results for a refund.
Newegg was great back in the day but today I'm sticking with Amazon. May be a bit more cash here or there but if there's an issue I get my money back without problem.
Newegg is shady. But if you will be buying from them anyway, it amounts to $5 off each of two purchases, since you're only getting value by buying a second time.

Bought a Seasonic case and 750w PSU bundle on BF which shows the PSU is a free gift in the order.
But the PSU dead on arrival. Seasonic asked me to contact seller for replacement. So contact Newegg, an agent helped me to process very quick!
After I returned the package back to Newegg and contacted CS, then get following:
I do apologize that you received a defective item. Upon checking, I see this PSU is out of stock now. So we are unable to send a replacement soon. There is no estimated delivery date when it will be in stock again.
Asked if they can replace with a 850w PSU, 750w is $177 and 850w is $222, I planed to pay the difference then:
