I was trying to find a desktop computer to replace my ~2014/2015 model so I can use my 2k monitor in my office. This came up in my search on OfficeDepot. From what I can tell, this same model was a FP deal back in March for slightly more (

I'm not sure how well this price has aged but I thought I'd post it up and see what others think. Let me know if I'm missing anything.

EDIT: The previous deal looks like it had a mouse and keyboard so that is something to consider when comparing the prices. I can't tell for sure but I think this new deal comes with a keyboard.
EDIT 2: There are some coupons for a free item with a minimum purchase. I opted for a personal humidifier that has a list price of $39.99.

all seriousness, you can find this very same configuration minus the DVD drive on their laptop (i am typing on a T14G1 that has 4750G), why can they reuse the same M/B and package the entire system to a much smaller case?

I remember buying an HP with Ryzen 4700 onboard graphics and it's also 1VGA+1HDMI at the back (probably the standard design) and returned it because there's no properly working Ubuntu drivers for it at the time.

The HP with the 5700g is only like $20 more. HP is HP, but still
Yup, with the 5600and 5700g out there's no reason to get this unless under the bullet for time

No link then it doesn't exist
I'm looking to do a dual screen and a desktop in this price range and recommendations or advice? Are there video cards or motherboards with dual HDMI in deals like this or are there other options?
